Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal care products, opened electronics, or customized goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@primeedge.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@primeedge.store and we’ll be happy to assist.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@primeedge.store.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
